WTHN is a space for embodiment.

Through vinyasa yoga, prenatal movement, and birth education, this work is designed to support you in building awareness, strength, and trust in your body — whether you’re moving through a flow or preparing for birth.

Everything here is rooted in the same idea:
when you feel connected to your body, you move through life differently.

Classes are offered online and in-studio at Lumos Yoga & Barre and Three Queens Yoga.

BIRTH PREP

Becoming a birth doula felt very fitting after learning how passionate I feel about supporting pregnant people through every stage of their journey. My approach blends evidence-based education with holistic, embodied practices like breathwork and movement. Whether you’re preparing for a VBAC, home birth, or hospital delivery, I offer compassionate guidance, grounded support, and a calm presence so you feel confident, informed, and cared for as you welcome your baby.
